Tenants:
Tenants pays first month $2,400
last month $2,400 and damage deposit of $2,000 upon signing of the lease.
Tenant must take care of new carpet, & fresh paint.
Tenant will be responsible for holes in wall, and patching wall with matching paint at end of lease.
Tenant pays pet security deposit.
$200 small animals
$400 large dogs
Home must remain and returned to landlord as found at the beginning on lease.
Pictures of the property will be taken by tenant at walk-through upon signing of the lease with tenant.
Tenant pays for utilities, internet & cable.
NO outdoor above/below ground pool,& hot tub.
Tenants will:
NOT SMOKE (cigarettes, vapes, cigars, illegal drugs, marijuana) in or around the premises.
NOT GROW MARIJUANA or produce any ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR DRUGS (such as meth, etc) on any part of the premises (garage, crawl space, interior rooms, added structures such as a shed).
-Not store dangerous materials- flammable or explosive materials in or around the premises.
-Not have water beds, hot tubs, or trampolines.
All vehicles have to be road worthy and plated.
Outdoor furniture ONLY outside.
$120 cleaning charge per hour will be charged if needed after tenant moves out.
