SHOWINGS

- Showings are scheduled after we have spoken over the phone, not simply through an electronic request.
- Priority will be given to introductory replies that include a little bit of rental related info about yourself to start a rapport; what you do for income, a brief rental/ownership history, and a cell phone number if you'd like to expedite showing arrangements.
- Showings are typically available daily at various times between 10a - 7p, with a minimum 24 hour notice.


APPLICATION PROCESS

1) I will provide you with an electronic copy of a basic rental application and lease template.
2) Submit the completed application in electronic form.
3) Submit a copy of government photo id (driver's license, passport, etc.).
4) I will email and/or text you a link to a KeyCheck online background check service for you to complete and pay the $40 fee. I will be notified when your background check is completed. Results are typically available immediately.
5) When your application is processed I will notify you of approval, or not. If approved, I will place the unit on a 24 hour curtesy hold in order for you to sign the lease and pay the minimum ½ security deposit. I will email a copy of the final lease agreement for you to read, initialize and sign.
6) Any remaining security deposit and the first month's rent must be paid in full before you take possession of the unit.
