Newly refurbished kitchen with marble counters, modern tile, and new stainless/black appliances and carpets, huge high-end in-unit clothes washer/dryer, great window AC unit and gas heat. Neighbors are kind, quiet community. HOA does a great job caring for the lawns and plowing/shoveling the driveways and sidewalks. Peaceful atmosphere pretty much across the street from Crown Hill park. Covered parking spot reserved for you and extra parking at the back! Water, gas heat, and trash all included.

I love pets, but please no more than two dogs for the sake of your downstairs neighbor. Pet fees are $250 non-refundable deposit and an additional $40/mo for dog, $30/cat. Must keep porch acceptably clean/tidy for the HOA.

We will do a walkthrough before and after for your security deposit. Normal minor wear and tear will not affect your return.

I am a responsible landlord and appreciate tenants reporting any issues or damages within a week for non emergencies. Issues requiring immediate assistance will need to be reported ASAP for prompt response.

I will be sure to handle any issues that may arise in a very timely manner and only ask that you are considerate of the property and the neighbors.

No smoking inside. Kitchen is now white and new wood plank floor in one of the bedrooms.

Small on site storage unit available for +$30/mo. Great for winter sports equipment, etc.
