I have a 2800 SQ ft home, 4 Bedroom, 2 Baths, on 144th & Cherry St. I have 3 bedrooms for rent. All own bedrooms, shared bath. It is a large home in a quiet country neighborhood, 20 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes to I-25. It has a large backyard with stunning mountain sunset views. I have a 5 year old dog, so no other pets would be allowed.

I am asking $1000 per room, all utilities, etc included.

I am a 28 year old guy, work from home in my home office, I like to snowboard, play pickup ball, golf and hangout with friends. Looking for a sociable, clean, individual. Would do a visit before to see if it is a good fit and to see the home.
