Hi I’m renting my studio apartment above my
Garage. It has a separate entrance from the house. It has a kitchen and own bathroom, shower and closet. It has a ac unit with heater. I’m looking to fill a single person in this unit, no couples. It comes fully furnished with a queen Murphy bed, dinning room table and chairs, full fridge, and couch, there is also a tv mounted to the wall. You have a deck on the back that goes into a backyard that is a acre. The backyard is shared with the house. There is a fence in garden that is available to plant in, also. The backyard has a bbq that is available to use. The washer and dryer is in the main house, you will have access to this. I might be open to the idea of a dog or cat for an extra $50 a month. Please message me with some info about yourself. The unit is available starting October 1st. Might be able to move in earlier. Rent is $1200 which includes everything plus high speed internet. No smoking allowed inside the studio.
