My husband and I have a one bedroom one bath basement apartment in Southeast Aurora. We live in a quiet neighborhood and have access to the High Plains Trail right across the street from our home. The rent is $1700 a month and includes utilities. You have your own controls for both heating and air conditioning. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a icemaker, dishwasher, drawer, style microwave, and a countertop oven with multiple settings. The living room includes a hanging, smart TV, comfy couch, and a desk for use with the laptop computer. We provide access to YouTube TV for free and you can add any additional streaming channels you may have. The bedroom has a queen bed and two closets with ample storage. The apartment also has a combo washer/dryer For your convenience. We do allow most pets and do have a fenced in yard. We also allow use of our covered patio outdoor kitchen.
