Very spacious; functional layout. The main floor has Living and Kitchen area; 1/2 bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an "in suite" bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bath on the hall. First Creek subdivision is a well maintained community.
Small local family owns this unit; not a big rental company. Why does this matter? We take care of the unit, we are responsible, respectful, and fair-minded. We tend to have a good relationships with whomever rents. We are looking for someone who is responsible and respectful; who keeps the unit clean and avoids damage. We strongly prefer no pets. If you do have a pet, it must be approved in advance and rent will be higher. No smoking of any type inside the unit. Quarterly maintenance is done on the unit, including installing new HVAC filters; making sure detectors are working; etc... we are committed to keeping the home in great shape; and we want to find someone who equally values this.
