Small local family owns this unit; not a big rental company. Why does this matter? We take care of the unit, we are responsible, respectful, and fair-minded. We tend to have a good relationships with whomever rents. We are looking for someone who is responsible and respectful; who keeps the unit clean and avoids damage. We strongly prefer no pets.
