This is a two bedroom house about 800 SF. It's on Ford Street 2 blocks north of downtown Golden and the Clear Creek. There's a fenced in yard and a summer doggie door access. It's 100 feet from the Clear Creek bike path and a couple of miles from 5 great mountain bike and hiking trailheads (Apex, Chimney Gulch, White Ranch, North, and South Table Mountain...)!
