One hour to Eldora Ski Resort, One hour to Loveland Ski Resort, One hour 15 minutes to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park. In the kitchen, in addition to the major appliances, you'll find all of the cooking essentials to prepare and enjoy a simple or gourmet meal. Lots of extra Towels and Linens. Our HOT TUB AND POOL ARE open May 1st to October 1. Pricing is for 4 guests, any extra guests above 4 people will cost $15 extra per person per night. Our home sleeps 12 total people. 4 bedrooms, and AN Office or Bedroom ON MAIN FLOOR AND A BONUS OFFICE and play room in basement, queen sofa bed in living room. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have KING beds. One master suite with private bathroom. The third bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds. Top bunk is a single bed bottom bunk is a full bed, third single mattress optional below the second bunk. Basement has Futon sofa in one of the rooms. Our home is 3,300 square feet. Very spacious. We do have a pool specialist that comes by to add chemicals and to clean both hot tub and swimming pool. We are 5 minutes from Stanley Lake a beautiful lake with mountain views and hiking trails. Lots to do within walking distance from our front door. WATER, TRASH, CABLE, HOT TUB MAINTENANCE are not included. OUR HOME IS AVAILABLE ON A monthly BASIS OR ANNUAL BASIS .
