Position is a combination of Tax Prep & Office Management for a small CPA firm.

Duties include data entry for basic tax return preparation, assembling, & mailing tax returns.
Administrative duties include assembling tax returns, filing & general office duties as needed.
Requires prior Tax Prep experience with QuickBooks & MS OFFICE competency & Good Communication Skills. Hours are very flexible with possibility of Evenings & Weekends. Some Telecommuting possible.
10 key by touch, COMMON SENSE & general CPU Skills highly desired.
