Here is the situation. I am a General Contractor, and I need a personal assistant to pick up the slack, run materials to job sites with the company vehicle, work on the computer in my office doing some of the accounting, run errands for me and the business, order materials.
I also own two Airbnb's and I always need someone to check on the cleaning of the unit, making sure the units are ready for rent, they are stocked with coffee, water wine and even pot for some of the clients.
We put a bottle of wine in each unit for each rental and instead chocolates on the pillows we put mini joints on the pillows.

Who am I looking for - possible a college student looking to learn a little more about a great career in the construction industry. Or possible the hotel industry. Or may be both. You need to be preferably young enough to be able to lift and deliver materials to jobs, be office literate so you can help with the accounting and general office work. Realable and honest. This is to be a bout 30 hours a week so a college student would work well. I am always glad to work around your college hours and days for classes.
