Our client is a fee-only Registered Investment Advisory Firm delivering full wealth management and financial planning solutions tailored to help each client meet their financial goals. They are seeking a client servicing advisor to help develop and maintain client relationships. This individual will contribute directly to meeting client operational needs, interfacing with various custodians and insurance companies, executing documentation requirements, facilitation of money movement, and engaging with clients directly to meet their unique needs.

Maintain wealth management and annuity client relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct appointments with existing clients to review current allocations and products, answer any questions they might have and address any servicing issues
Direct communication with clients to gather and update relevant information for financial planning
Call current clients to update them on new information or allocations and follow up on any changes
Produce client reports/projections
Process Required Minimum Distributions, as well as any other cash or income requests
Process distributions/contributions/payouts/journals, etc.
Prepare Cost-Basis analysis
Handle entire client on-boarding, including: prepare/process new account opening, account transfers, organize/scan/maintain all client paperwork
Prepare/submit/follow-up on completion of all client service/maintenance request through CRM
Communicates with client in-person, in writing, and over the phone

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years previous client service experience in the financial industry
Exceptional MS Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to see processes within a system context and utilize technology and tool adoption to enhance efficiencies thought the operation
Custodian Experience with Schwab preferable
Experience with Fixed and Fixed Index Annuities and Life Insurance preferable
Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/operate within tight deadlines
Positive attitude and extraordinary client service orientation
Excellent knowledge of the securities industry's rules and regulations
