First year potential $60,000+. Year three potential $125,000+. Bonus is paid based on agency production.

Qualifications
P & C License required for immediate start. Leads will be provided.
Not licensed? Ask about our training program to be a licensed professional within a few short weeks.
1+ years of sales experience. Insurance industry preferred but not necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to write clear and concise business communication
Interested in individual growth and being part of a high performing team, participating in competitive sales goals and sharing sales experience to help in team success.

Employment Type
Full-Time - (very flexible on time off), and be willing to work early evening and weekends depending on sales conversion rates during key times during day.

Core Job Duties
• Prospecting new clients through provided leads via: telephone, text, internet, social media, referrals, community events, etc. is encouraged
• Sell personal lines insurance products to drive agency growth.
• Use consultative sales techniques to counsel prospective and current clients on matters of insurance coverage that is tailored to meet their needs today and into the future.
•Participate in extensive top notch sales training to sharpen closing ratios, possibly mentor co-worker and support the agency in developing a strong team

Job Requirements:
•If not licensed, must be willing to become a licensed insurance sales person within one-month, online course provided free of charge.
•Have an entrepreneurial spirit
•Strong work ethic
•Responsible driving record
•Good credit history
