Boutique Architectural firm in Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo) is looking for a part time Book Keeper / Office Manager. The candidate must know how to use QuickBooks and the Microsoft Suite of programs. The work includes keeping company books current, help with payments / invoicing, proposal writing and office management. Misc. office management tasks might be answering the phone, processing regular statements for delinquent payments, ordering supplies and coordination of training sessions. We anticipate the work load at this time to be roughly 16 to 20 hours a week. This is an hourly position with rate to be negotiated based on experience.
