Senior Staff Accountant
What you will be doing?
• Month end accounting close duties
• Understand the operations of the companies, accounts, and other duties assigned to this Senior Accountant
• Analyze and research outstanding liabilities to create month end accruals
• Account for cash, investments, and other treasury-related balances
• Build relationships in order to successfully partner with stakeholders including Payroll, Stock based compensation, Intercompany, Accounts payable, Intenal audit, Treasury,
• Prepare and enter journal entries into our SAP accounting system and OneStream
• reconciliations using OneStream
• Partner with other locations to research and reconcile Intercompany transactions
• Provide analysis of operating results and financial position
• Collaborate with other departments for ongoing process improvement efforts
• Work with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
• Support the consolidations team
What is required of you?
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• CPA preferred
• Big-4 accounting experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP or BPC or other large accounting systems is a plus
Payrate: $80,000-$95,000/year
This is a Contract-to-Hire position


Accounts Payable Manager
What you will be doing?
• Initiate the Accounts Payable Shared Service program and lead the transition of AP functions elsewhere
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to successfully manage the Shared Service Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely payment of all vendors
• Develop and administer Accounts Payable procedures to comply with SOX and GAAP standards
• Administration of the Concur expense reporting system
• Establish and improve on key performance metrics that measure the effectiveness and service levels of the Shared Services program
• Analyze financial information to assist management make key decisions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Implement new procure-to-pay technology to support the shared services program
• Manage day-to-day operations of the AP department, including timely payment of vendor invoices, annual 1099 reporting, support the corporate purchasing cards program, coordination with the Treasury department, AP-related cash forecasting, AP postings in general ledger, and cash clearing
• Support our efforts to increase electronic payment utilization
• Responsible for monthly variance analysis and the AP monthly close reporting deck
What is required of you?
• 5-8 years general accounting or business experience; significant progressive experience in an Accounts Payable capacity, preferred.
• 2+ years at the supervisory level in an accounting environment
• Excellent time and task management skills to handle a varied and fast-paced routine
• Proven skill working effectively in a highly detailed environment, producing accurate and timely results
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related discipline. A combination of progressively responsible experience in the accounting field, combined with formal training and education may be substituted for the education requirement.
• System experience: SAP, Concur, or other accounting and AP systems
• Supervised the work of 2-3 Accounts Payable Clerks (They plan to expand this team as you take on the AP shared service function)
Payrate: $50/hr, translates to $95,000-$98,000 when perm

Payroll Analyst
What you will be doing?
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of multi state payroll for 1000+ employees
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
• Ensure data from SAP timekeeping is properly interfaced into the Workday payroll system
• Reconcile payroll reports with timekeeping reports to ensure accuracy
• Create and run various ad hoc reports out of payroll system as needed
• Process 401(k), HSA, PAC funding and support testing of compliance at year end
• Assist with internal and external audits and inquiries as necessary
• Process garnishments in payroll system
• Process off cycle manual checks
• Perform year-end processing and reconciliation of payroll accounts
• Understand and apply company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures
• Respond to employee questions and troubleshooting issues regarding payroll
• Serve as liaison between human resources and accounting
• Create journal entries related to payroll and stock runs
What is required of you?
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
• Multi-state payroll experience required
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Workday experience preferred, including payroll processing and reporting
• BS/BA in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
• Familiarity with SAP systems a plus
• International payroll experience a plus
• Payrate: $21-$24/hr
This is a 3-month contract, with high possibility of extension
