We are a locally owned and operated business for over 44 years actively seeking for a sharp and highly motivated candidate to join our in accounting office team.
Skills:
*2 years minimum of Accounting experience
*Optimistic with a kind attitude
*Respectful, mindful and thoughtful of others
*Strong math skills with great phone etiquette
*Proficient in oral and written communication
*Basic knowledge of accounting terminology
*Multi-tasker using time management
*Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
Accounting Responsibilities:
*Answer phones, email correspondence and filing
*Manage and close quotes, sales orders and invoices
*Schedule, dispatch and follow up with jobs
*Reconcile payments as needed
*Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
*2 years minimum of Accounting experience
*High School Diploma preferred
*Reliable Transportation with a clean driving record
*Must pass a background check
