Looking for that really organized person to work for a small yet very busy three person office. This is a 25-35 per week Permanent Part-time position. You must have the following:

1. Worked in an office environment at for at least 2-3 years.
2. Have excellent data entry skills - 10 key by touch.
3. Have excellent typing skills of 45-50 WPM, can spell and is able to construct a letter/forms and
4. Understands Word and Excel. Can create documents, and simple spreadsheets. Must understand
5. Has excellent organizational skills and understands office work flow.
6. Has worked in QuickBooks for at least 2 years entering and posting transactions (checks, deposits,
invoices and bills).
7. Is able to take initiative and can see that there is always something to do and be productive.
8. Must be dependable, follow directions and takes good notes.
You will work closely with everyone in a nice office environment. Can be flexible with your hours during the week.
