The successful candidate will have the ability to design creative Flash elements along with the development skills to create projects in Adobe Flex.  We are looking for someone that is not just a timeline animation Flash designer/developer, but has both an eye for design along with the ability to develop entire solutions in ActionScript.<br>

Assists in the evaluation of solutions for clients, systems/programming requirements (e.g., new, enhancements or maintenance), and in the development, testing, and implementation of the highest quality product for each customer.<br>

 Keep international marketing community engaged in their local Web site, and informed on Corporate online marketing initiatives though regular communications programs<br>

 Maintain international site metrics and analyze monthly, with recommendations to international marketing teams to improve awareness and inquiry generation capabilities. Collaborate with corporate metrics lead to provide local site reports as needed. <br>

 Manage international Search Engine Optimization programs alongside our vendor and SEO program lead.  Communicate results, trends, and work with selected geographies to improve local search engine rankings.  <br>

 Provide production support for global corporate content and local content as needed to supplement local resources. <br>

<b>Requirements: </b><br>
 BS/ BA and 4-6 years experience working in a corporate web team environment offering multi-lingual sites. <br>
 Multi-lingual strongly preferred. <br>
 Individual must be detail oriented, organized, and possess strong project management experience and customer service focus with ability to handle heavy phone interaction.<br>
 HTML coding, template settings and CSS hands-on experience. <br>
 Hands-on experience with Web production software, such as HTML editors (Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Creative Suite/PhotoShop). <br>
