2008 Brides Against Breast Cancer Charity Wedding Gown Sale

Help work for a great cause with the Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation for the 2008 Brides Against Breast Cancer Charity Wedding Gown Sale and we need volunteers! The event raises money for Breast Cancer by selling wedding dresses donated by brides.
The event this year is this weekend at the Ritz Carlton and volunteers are needed for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So please if you can, volunteer for a shift or pass this on to anyone who may be interested. Thank you so much!!

THURSDAY:
12 volunteers needed - especially men -
- SET UP: TBA This will be early morning!
25 volunteers needed - men & women -
- VIP Night - 5:00pm - 11:00pm
FRIDAY:
20-25 volunteers needed - men & women -
- 9:30am - 1:30pm
20-25 volunteers needed - men & women -
- 1:00pm - 4:30pm
20-25 volunteers needed - men & women -
- 4:00pm - 8:30pm
SATURDAY:
20-25 volunteers needed - men & women -
- 9:30am - 2:30pm
20-25 volunteers needed - men & women -
- 2:00pm - 5:30pm
12-15 volunteers needed - especially men -
- 4:00pm - 8:30pm - LOAD OUT/CLEAN UP
NEXT: Please choose three areas you would like to help in -
sorry men are NOT allowed n the dressing room area:)
1. Registration - signing in brides as they enter the
sale (Men can help)
2. Bride Greeter - this person will be inside the sale
area and will direct brides on rules and how the sale
area is set up (Men can help)
3. Dress Runner - this person will help restock the dress
racks from the fitting room "go back" racks (Men can help)
4. Dressing Room Help - this person will be inside the
dressing room and will assist the brides trying on the gowns
5. Dressing Room Attendant - this person will be inside the
fitting room assisting the volunteers with "no deal" gowns -
making sure the gowns are ready to return to the floor
6. Service Donations Attendant - this person will be in
charge of giving away our terrific service donations from
wedding vendors

What to wear…
Black or Khaki slacks,
No jeans please (except for Thursday-setup/
Saturday-break down)
COMFORTABLE SHOES!!!
Making Memories will supply us with T-Shirts

and I will be sending it to everyone.
