Are You An Adult With Asthma?
National Jewish Medical and Research Center is currently recruiting volunteers ages 18 to 65 who have asthma and have been prescribed a daily inhaled corticosteroid. This is a study investigating whether or not a new telephone intervention program will help patients with asthma.
Qualifications Include:
• Adults age 18-65 years old who have been diagnosed with asthma
• Must use a daily asthma medication (inhaled corticosteroid) prescribed by health care provider
Study Participation Involves:
• 2 visits to our research unit over a 10 week period
• Completing questionnaires
• Receiving a short series of phone calls related to your asthma
• No medical tests involved
