The breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and Lake Dillon are memorable long after your departure.

If golf is your preference Summit County has four championship courses. My personal favorite is the River Course at Keystone. At only 1 mile from our condo this par-71 course is oriented around the path of the Snake River with amazing elevation changes, views and challenges unlike no other. Wait till you see the 16th hole. 
<br>

<br>
The Dillon Marina is less than 4 miles away. Lake Dillon offers world class sailing, boating and trout fishing. At the marina you’ll find boat rentals and sailing instructions. There are also racing regattas and the Dillon Yacht Club. You can also dance the night away at the free concerts provided almost every weekend. 
<br>

<br>
No matter what you like you will find it here, the choices are endless; you can walk to a nearby trailhead that leads to miles of bike paths. The surrounding National Forest also provides rafting, hiking, horseback riding and jeep tours. 
<br>

<br>
Keystone Resorts is a short five minute ride from a Free Shuttle that will pick you up only a few yards from your front door. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are also accessible from the free shuttle and are less than 15 minutes away. 
<br>

<br>
You can find several restaurants in the area including an Irish Pub and Pizza Shop that are a short walk across the street and a great place to drop in for a Guinness or to pick up a pizza and sandwiches to take back to the condo. If shopping is your preference, the Silverthorne Outlet Mall is a quick ten minutes away. There are several other shops throughout the area that will keep you busy for hours.

The condominium includes 2 Bedrooms with Queen Size beds and 2 Full Bathrooms. There is also a Queen Size sofa bed, Queen Size inflatable air mattress and a portable crib for infants. The kitchen is large enough for more than one cook, with granite countertops, microwave and just about everything you need to cook up a family dinner. Right outside the door is your private equipment storage area that you can use to store your bikes, golf clubs or fishing gear as you wish. The deck includes a barbeque grill and a place to sit, relax and enjoy the mountain air. There are cable TV’s, free in-state and out-of state long distance and free internet access, if you have to work, you can. We are sorry but we can not allow pets or smoking.

If you choose to stay home at night you will find movies and games to keep your family busy for hours. There is a clubhouse adjacent to the condo with an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, tennis courts and locker room. If you prefer to watch the kids play in the pool, there is a lounge with a TV, a great place to relax and read a book. 
<br>

If you are flying in to Denver International Airport there is no need to rent a car. You can access a shuttle van that drops you off right at your door. The shuttle runs every hour in the winter and every 90 minutes off season. It is suggested you make reservations a few days before you arrive. Once in Summit County you will find the Summit Shuttle can take you almost anywhere you want to go for Free.

To access the condo from Denver it is a scenic 90 minute drive. Watch carefully you might see a buffalo herd or big horn sheep.

The cottage has a large deck overlooking the view, a small “morning coffee sipping” deck down the beach stairs and right on the beach, and several smaller personal spaces for more private pursuits.  Collect shells and beach glass as an otter looks on, or watch the wild sea birds and soaring eagles, endlessly fascinating.  <br>

There are two good sized bedrooms (queen beds) facing the water, and a third, smaller, extra room equipped with bunk beds.  This unique and engaging beachside house is ideal for a family with children, or for two families to share.  <br>

THE SECOND unique getaway (The Inspiring and Traditional Old Glory Farmhouse) is a turn of the century farmhouse (updated with modern conveniences) on 5 private view acres, just a short way inland (but you still have beach access), high up on a hill, and with even more sweeping water and Mountain Views, and abounding with wildlife outside your front door!! <br>

The farmhouse sits on five beautiful acres, and has a large deck overlooking the view.  Eagles, deer, birds of all kinds, and other wildlife abound. <description><![CDATA[A family home in the Mountains of Colorado, smell the fresh air and drink the fresh clean water and only 30 min to the Pepsi Center. The house is only 2 miles from I-70. There are lots of places for the family to attend while you are at the DNC. 20 minutes from the gold mines, 30 minutes from the big water park. We have a vehicle to drive around and see the sights. We also have a limo service if that is preferred for your drive to the DNC. <br>

The basement is finished with a family room, laundry room, and fireplace if you are cold. There is bathroom with a shower in basement and a queen size pull out couch if needed. The TV is direct TV and set up with movies and DVD. It stays cool in basement and is where we watch movies to stay cool. <br>

The main floor has a large front porch with chairs and swing to eat breakfast and watch the many different types of birds in the area. There is a full bath on the main floor and two bedrooms, one Queen and one single bed. Wait there is more, a living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area that leads to the back yard through double french doors. Great to open the doors and feel the fresh outdoors with a cool breeze. Yes, a kitchen with a new fridge and a choice of food for your family. We can have meals ordered for you or food ordered from King Soopers grocery store. The kitchen is loaded with dishes, pots and pans for your cooking needs. The home is ideal for sitdown dinners or indoor/outdoor BBQ's.<br>

<br>
The back yard has a patio area with many mature trees that provide afternoon shade with a Grill for BBQ's. The patio has outdoor furniture and table with gas grill.<br>
<br>
<br>
Still more, there is a loft that has the main bedroom. It has the king bed with a walk in closet and bathroom with a shower. The view is magnificent. It views through a large window over our 10 acres of trees. It also looks over the family room. That way you can watch the kids and they may not know it.<br>
<br>
<br>
The house is decorated with antigues and western decor. It is a very cozy family feeling. There are family board games and toys for young children. Pets are welcome to enjoy the fenced in backyard and house.<br>
<br>
<br>
This is a great place to have a family vacation and see the great sights of Colorado, while you are working at the convention. We can give you information for day trips that range from rafting trips to horse back riding or fishing trips or just hiking trips. We will also give you maps for the areas that you would like to visit. <br>

You'll enjoy the lodge feel, starry skies, awesome views of the mountains, swimming pool in the spring and summer, peace and quiet, many birds all year round.  It's a little heaven on earth hidden away but so close to everything.  There are walking, running, hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails all over Boulder County, fabulous dining, shopping, ETOWN shows, Chautauqua Park, University of Colorado.  Enjoy unlimited fun and frolic in one of the most desirable little towns in the world. Sumptuous cotton linens on all beds, and only environmentally friendly products used.  The property is supplied with well water that is clean and plentiful.  It's a lovely home-away-from-home for rent to nice people.  I live in the basement apartment which is a complete home, with laundry room, kitchen and separate entrance, but if needed this is available as well, making it a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house.  The pool is great, and we have a hot tub as well. <hr>

Please go to Google and take a virtual tour of the room, and property; the pictures give you a great idea of the place.(www.grandtimberlodge.com) The rent is for $200.00 per day, so the total would come to $1400.00. The reservations are made for August 22nd-29th. Check in is at 4 pm on the 22nd and check out is at 10 am on the 29th. If you were to try and get a room here, you would have to take a (3) hour tour. It would be nice to skip that part. This is a very competitive price, and worth every penny. Please see all the amenities for the Grand Timber Lodge, and area locations.
