single phase to 3 phase transformer 220-480 15kva - $500 (greeley)
I purchased this transformer to use my new 10hp compressor in my shop but the incoming service is not enough to run this transformer. this is not a static or rotary phase converter. it is a very large transformer that has been rewired to jump the third phase. i have seen it work and have had 2 different electricians tell me it is correct for its purpose. but my building cannot handle the load so are having 3 phase installed into the building so this will not be needed. if you are running mills or lathes it will run several but anything over 10hp is pushing it. if interested please call Anthony at The Hotrod Shop 970-352-4548. thanks.
