Our home is about a mile up Sugarloaf canyon, 12 minutes from Pearl Street Mall, and 2 minutes from Betasso Nature Preserve--a great area for hiking/snowshoeing, mt. biking (if there is no snow), and sledding (if there is snow). There are 3brs, 1.5 baths , a living room, big kitchen, decks, a wood stove, a hot tub, wireless internet, and other amenities (including regular visits from the local fox community). There is lots of glass throughout the house and the views down into Boulder Canyon and across the the preserve are exceptional.

We would be interested in swapping either the whole house or exchanging guest rooms with someone who has a house in a mountain town (including, but not limited to: Leadville, Fraser, Salida, Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon)

We have 3 indoor cats, which our neighbor can come by to feed and care for. They sort of have their own room, which is not included in the description above, but they do roam the house on occasion. We are responsible, clean and fairly quiet.
