I am looking to swap houses with someone in the Denver metro area. I just moved here form Jacksonville, FL and am looking to swap houses with someone in Denver, specifically Lakewood. The home in Florida is actually a Town home. It is 2 bed 2 1/2 bath with a leisure room that could be a third bedroom. It is an end unit in a gated community. It is 1500 sf with a 1 car garage and covered back porch. It is within 10 minutes of anything you would want... down town, St. Augustine, Town Center Mall. The house is only 3 years old. The plan was to rent it until the market went back up, but our tenant bailed without notice so we are now looking at other options. The pay off is just under $170,000. We are not looking to make money, just swap the house with someone out here.
