1br - Cute Boulder apt for Berkeley, CA (Boulder) (map)

I need to spend a few weeks in Berkeley, the dates are somewhat flexible but would be best in the beginning part of June/end of May.
Our apt is very cute, located in a very desirable and accessible part of Boulder. I can send pictures as interested parties inquire. We are a family of three with a small child that is not old enough to make a huge mess yet. We need at least one bedroom but would prefer two.
