2br - Townhouse for Townhouse (Parker) (map)

I have a 2 bdr 2 bath w/ attached 1 car new townhouse in new area of Parker. I bought it brand new. They are still building the rest of the units there, so not the best time to sell.
I would like to move closer to Denver, or even north of Denver. Parker is just too far south for me. Looking for someone with a similar set up that would be looking to swap, maybe someone up north wants to be down south? I can provide pics and tours, serious inquires only please.
