We have a very clean and well maintained three bedroom home in Northwest Denver that we are looking to trade for a home in either Littleton, Applewood, or Arvada. Our home is a 1335 SF 3 bdrm/1.5 bath brick ranch located in a well established very quiet neighborhood just four houses from Sloan's Lake. Walking distance to tennis courts, a park, shopping, restaurants, and a walking trail that goes around the lake.
The home has had lots of improvements. The kitchen was completely renovated and updated 2 years ago. New roof and driveway just this past year. The windows have been replaced within the past five years. The Sloan's Lake area, according to a recent article in 5280, is expected to be part of an "Urban Renaissance" in the next three years with the introduction of the Light Rail, more shopping and plans for the development of new retail when St. Anthony moves.
We need more space as our family is growing. Our ideal home will be minimum 1800 SF with a large backyard with a similar selling price. Our home appraised for 300K this year.
