I have a beautiful 3br/2 ba plus 1 bedroom in basement home in Bear Valley (Hampden and Sheridan) that I would love to swap or sell for a 2BR Condo in Broomfield, preferably at Broadlands. The bathrooms have grab bars already placed and there are two showers instead of a bathtub. It is right next to the Denver Public Library. King Soopers is across the street. There is a big yard ready for your dog.
