We own a 2br/1.5ba townhouse near Buckley&Quincy in Aurora. We are wanting to swap houses with someone who has a yard and maybe cannot aford their house payments anymore. Ours is currently $999 mortgage+$167 HOA fees/month. We are interested in this same part of town or the Littleton area.
