Greetings, I would like to go down to Denver a couple times a month on the weekends. You want to come up to get away from it all! I need a small carriage type home or private accomodations that are clean, private, safe, and non-smoking. I have a small well-behaved canine friend who will be accompany me. In trade I am offerening a private mountain cabin with an awesome location! Close to lake, and RMNP. It is a non-smoking cabin with a queen. It will accomodate only one adult couple. It has a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a breakfast nook. You can see it on www.coloradodirectory.com/pineconecottages if you are interested. You can use the cabin up to about mid-June if the trade works well then I can offer later dates to reserve the cabin for you. PLEASE do not respond if you are offering a room in your home. Thank you!
