4br,4ba, 3,498sf, exec. house in Greenfield Subdivision, Cherry Creek Schools, 18,992sf lot, 3 car garage, on cul de sac, near Smoky Hill / Kirk; excellent neighborhood, great condition. Listed $479K, appraised $500K (a year ago).
I want:
Smaller property to buy for a rental; house, townhouse, condo, a realistic residential rental. Prefer closer to center of Denver, but will consider East Metro are, Central, SE,SW or NW metro area, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Centennial, most parts of Aurora, Englewood, Parker(if it's not way far out), and good rental areas in the North Metro.
I'll buy yours, you buy mine.
