Our house in Katy TX is beautiful, energy efficient and new. Katy is a great, clean, safe, attractive suburb of Houston with top notch schools. Easy commute to Energy corridor and Houston. Our neighborhood, has pools, waterparks, tennis, a dog park, trails and lakes to help everyting stay cool and breezy. We could go slightly under or above our Katy price range of 375K and work out the difference via your or our 3rd party financing, etc.
