Haven't listed house as I'd like to see if anyone would even be interested. We are in an ARM and would love to get out of it. (besides we've been in this home for 7 years). We've updated everything! Ranch home. Convenient to shopping, schools, park, etc. Love the location! We've put in a new kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, trex deck, landscaping, a/c, furnace, all new windows, etc. 4 bedrooms (3 up and 1 down). Basement is finished. 1 full bath up and 3/4 down. We've even done the garage... professional flooring, attic entrance, cabinets (off ground).
Our last appraisal was 3 years ago for about $255,000. I am looking to move towards the Castle Pines area (that is where our kids charter school will be built this coming year). We'd like to try for a straight across swap if we could... or owner financing if there is any difference in pricing. We'd love to have a home in a cul de sac so kids can play in the front w/o dealing with traffic much. Looking for 4 bed+ / 2 baths/ nice lot size.
If there is anyone out there perhaps we can discuss further.
We are located near Yosemite and Maximus. Very convenient if you need to get to c470 or I25 or DTC, etc. We are near the "entertainment district".
