I own a two bedroom 2 bath home in Yucca Valley California. It has a two car garage, a new roof, new AC unit and new-ish tile floors. it also has new paint, inside and out and a fenced .5 acre yard. It was built in 1983. It is near Joshua Tree National Park about 30 miles from Palm Springs. Nice place to rent or live in. I am looking for a home near the Denver area, (not in denver because my dogs are illegal). I live in Englewood CO right now and am renting but would like to swap my home in Yucca for a home near Denver.
