I just bought a very nice 2 bdroom 2/bathroom /2 story 2 car garage Townhome and I would like to rent out 1 bdroom in June ! Room is avail anytime On or after June 1st ! IT IS VERY NICE TOWNHOME, LOTS OF CHARACTER AND NICE LOCATION ALSO! CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND EASY ACCESS TO PARKER ROAD/ I-225, I -70 ETC..
Trails, parks are near by also so that is convenient !!
Monthly Rent is $575.00 INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, (cable,internet, elec,heat,water). Deposit to move in $ 250.00

Townhome has: Central air, fireplace, washer & Dryer, skylites, and is very nice and quiet location away from main streets.
Townhome is furnished except for your private bdroom.
(We share jack n jill bathroom, but I am never home, i work afternoon shifts currently, and i have my own Vanity, sink and etc. in my own Master Bdroom which is great !!) So you have main bathroom area whenever you need it !!
(Housemate that works Day Shift would be best for schedule but doesn't really matter to me.)
It is very nice established community and nice part of Aurora!!
Close to everything, fabulous location, IF YOU WORK NEAR DOWNTOWN, DTC, PARKER ROAD, I-225, AFB, ETC,, THIS IS CENTRAL LOCATION, VERY EASY ACCESS TO MAIN ROADS AND RTD, PARK N RIDES ALSO !!
