Looking to permanently trade homes with someone who needs to move to the Austin, TX area!!! We need to relocate to Denver, CO for work.
Currently own a Beautiful home just outside of Austin, near Lake Travis and the Hill Country Galleria. Wonderful subdivision with lots of friendly neighbors, nice views and ammenities. 4 bed/2.5 bath with greenbelt behind and to one side of the home...less than 2 years old. Listed at $338,000.
