I am in need of a carriage type home or private home with a yard (as I have a small canine friend) or small B&B, vacation type home... I like to go down to Denver a couple of times a month for the cultural arts. YOU - would like to come up to the mountains (near Rocky Mountain National Park). The cabin I am offering in trade is clean, private, has a queen bed, and a kitchnette with a bathroom/shower. It will sleep an adult couple only and is non-smoking. Hiking, biking, golfing, boating and just getting away from the big city is on your menu! I need basically the same: a private living situation that is safe, clean, private and non-smoking.
