There is either on street parking or for 15 $ a month you can have a spot in the parking lot adjacent to the building. It is available Dec. 1st. The rent is $ 525. I pay $ 550 because I have a $15 parking spot and $10 in pet rent. I am moving out of state and need to find someone fast. I'm sorry there are no pictures, but I would be happy to show it. You would be living with two fantastic roommates who are female graduate students at DU. You would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate and living room/kitchen/common areas with both roommates. The house has a front yard and backyard, laundry facilities, and a garage for extra storage. The room itself is on the small side and storage within the house is a little tight so hopefully you don't come with too much stuff. Parking in the neighborhood is never a problem. The house is near Evans and Downing and is close to the DU campus, light rail, etc. making it ideal for a student.  The house stays clean and tidy and the living environment is easy and sociable--but not crazy or loud. We will only consider female applicants, and graduate students would be preferred. If any of this sounds like something you'd be interested in I'd love to hear from you!<br>
