I: POSITION PURPOSE
The group fitness instruction for the Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness Program provides: Muscular Strength & Range of Movement, SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit, or SilverSneakers YogaStretch Class. SUMMARY
Personal Trainers are responsible for one-on-one and group training sessions with clients at the Golden Community Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Counsel patrons on various aspects of physical fitness and wellness.
Contact and schedule appointments with clients for one-on-one sessions.
Instruct classes in weight training to teens and adults.
Issue weight room certifications to youth 14 and 15 years of age upon successful completion of a weight training class.

Compensation Plan:
CLTs are granted 35%-40% monthly of the total of reimbursement by insurance providers based on experience and education. This includes collected co-payments, deductibles, and cash for service fees. Reimbursement to the clinician is based on collected amounts confirmed by insurance and patient payments. Clinicians are a dual benefit to a practice both through providing substantial delegated medical services as a TLC and added profit through their services.
A clinician is reimbursed between $40-$75 a session depending on the base reimbursement by the patient’s insurance company. W2W executive team works diligently to secure the greatest fair reimbursement for services provided by our clinicians and to our clients. A part-time clinician can earn approximately $48,000 a year and a full-time clinician $100,000 or more.
