Mature and quiet couple in our 40's who are already enjoying empty nest years. Kids are raised and now we're recently relocated to the Denver area. Really just need a descent bedroom and private bathroom. Mark is employed already and Alexandra, is arriving in December and is lining up interviews for a nurse position soon. We don't smoke, do drugs, or over indulge in alcohol. Maybe an occaisional glass of wine or a beer once in a while. We are sociable, well adjusted, pleasant to be around. We are also very energetic and want to be outdoors enjoying all the activities this the area has to offer. So, we will keep very busy and will spend a lot of time out. Two of our adult children live in the area but they have no grandkids and will only visit for a short time occaisionally for dinner or something. We are clean and like to keep our house neat. Alex will bring our 15 y/o cat when she comes if you will allow. We are hoping for a similar household with no drama and are open to hanging out with younger folks or whatever age. Just please no weird stuff, drugs, 420, or multiples of roommates and overwelming pets.
Mark is very handy in landscaping, finishing, decorative concrete, landscape lighting, very experienced in professional Holiday lights, and other home improvements should you want to trade some time for rent.
