I am looking for a room in a decent house. Unfortunely, I do not have a full time job now and my parents do not want me at their house because I am not earning enough money now. I can't afford more than $300.00 per month.

I am willing to do whatever you want in exchange for a low rent. I can clean, and help you to get your errands done. I'll be willing to take care of your kids IF I have to and you ned some help with.


I am Hispanic, College student ( attending CCD), 20 years old, easy to get alone, very clean and organized, I am not a partier because I am Christian and most important I DO NOT LIKE TO GET IN TROUBLE WITH ANYBODY. I try to be respectul with anyone around me. By the way, I speak THREE languages.


I do not need things like wireless becuase I have my own computer and am willing to share it and wirelless.
