I just need a decent place to park it that is inexpensive, safe, and quiet. I'm wondering if anybody has some land or even some parking space near a commercial building or something. I will need to be able to move the RV every couple weeks so the space will need easy access. The space will need to be approximately 16' x 36'. The closer to where I work the better which is around I70 and Dahlia/Quebec<br>

Perfect for classic car storage, a place to put "things" if you are moving, overflow space, paper record storage etc. Please, no active workshops or open flames, and no storage of dangerous chemicals or inflammable or hazardous liquids beyond the routine, such as automotive gas cans and reasonable quantities of lubricating oil.

The electrical outlets are provided for incidental use such as power tools and lighting. If you intend to heat the building while you are not there then there will be a surcharge for additional electrical costs. No unattended gas or kerosene heaters are permitted.
<br>

<br>
The Doubles $250 per month each, Singles $130.00 per month each. 12 month leases are preferred, but short term leases available for a 20% premium. 
<br>
These are new buildings, built in 2006. Thye feature excellent mechanicals, and they are secure and completely watertight. Access is 24/7. Each garage has a keypad and handheld remote activated roll door. The units have interior fluorescent lighting, two electrical outlets each (the double car garages have an additional 220V outlet), automatic electrically operated overhead doors, exterior key pad, motion activated flood lighting and continuous night lights on the outside.

The garages are behind an office building with its own security lighting system and employees who are present during normal business hours, so this is a well-trafficked and secure area.
<br>

<br>
There are no other access doors to the garages which enhances security. There is a key operated manual override in the extremely unlikely event of you requiring access during a power failure. We can program the outside keypads to your personal PIN. Remote control openers are available with an additional deposit to cover loss.
