<description><![CDATA[The entire space is 36' wide by 26' deep and has 11' ceilings but because I have put so much racking in this space it would be like having the equvilalate to 5000' wharehouse which would still give you a work shop in front of all of the racking. The floor is smooth concret 12" thick so it is easy to move wheeled carts around. The area outside this awesome garage has a black top driveway which goes all the way to the street. It has 2 large garage doors. The larest door is 18' wide by 9' tall and the other door is 9' wide by 9' tall.

Great Storage which would give you the equilalate to 5000' of racking in 6 car garage off S. Col Blvd.+Arapahoe. I just had a 150 amp new electrical panel put in this garage so you can put in heavy machinery if you want. I have put up tons of palate racking to maximize all the space. These 7 racking systems are just like what Home Depot has. All of these can handle very heavy weights. They are made with solid steel. The largest unit is 35' wide 3' deep by 9'11" tall see 1st pic. The second rack is 9'7" wide by 3' deep by 10'10" tall shown in the 2 pic. The third pic shows the deepest of the racking units which is 4' deep by 9' wide by 10' tall. The last picture shows the three matching racks which are 6'4" wide by 20" deep, by 6' tall. call me for exact address. Near Arapahoe Rd. and South Colorado Blvd.

<description><![CDATA[3 storage building with tons of shelving.  I use these location for my weekend estate sales and these buildings I have completely lined all the walls with shelving.  There is over 1000 lineal feet of shelving space in these buildings.  The first two containers( 20' long by 8' wide by 8' tall) have double locking doors,  but the third build(20' long by 11' tall by 10' wide) has an open end.  I would be willing to put up large swinging door if you would like that building totally enclosed.  I would need 3 days from lease signing to move all of the small items out of these buildings so that you could move in.   These buildings will be leased with shelving staying in place for they are permantly screwed to the wall. All 3 buildings give you a total of 520 square feet of ground space,  but with all the shelving space you will receive 5600 feet. <description><![CDATA[First pic show the biggest of the 3 lots which rents for $350. It would be great if you were needed to store your trucks, trailers and equipment outside.  It is in a cul-a-sac  so no one really knows were it is.  I have used this for storage for my moving and hauling business for the last 3 years.  The picture shows 2 shipping containers which will be gone because I am selling them so it will just be a open lot.  You could fit 10-15 cars in this lot if you put them close together.  I have put up a temporary fence which can be easliy taken down.  I found that it was easier to utilize the entire space by not having a fence up.  I have another fenced lot  which is only 30' from the lot shown in  1st pic. The 2nd lot($250) is smaller (36' by28') but it does have a metal lockable gate 11'8" wide that has barbwire all the way around.  The 3rd pic is of the smallest lot($150) which has plate racking that is 8' tall by 18' long by 4' deep which would be great for storaging long building materials of wood or steel. The second container is on top of this one so that you don't loss ground space for parking cars,trucks or trailers this  shipping container is 8' by 8' by 8' and both containers have double locking doors very extra added security.  You would just use a laddar to access the top container. The yard has 24 access and is in a cul-du-sac so no one knows were it is.There is electrical power to this area but no water. I also have  2 additional parking spaces at this lot for an addtional $50 per space which would just across you the larger lot (see pic 4) .  I aslo have additional smaller yard just a few feet for this bigger yard which rent for $150 per month. THe smaller yard has a locking gate and barbwire fence and tall plate racking which would be great for storing long metal and lumber.  This plate racking is 8' tall and 10' tall and 4' wide. The largest of the 5  buildings  has over head light and a few outlets which is the green building in between the two white shipping containers.  This buiding has nice high ceilings and a 15' wide deck above  the window at the back of this building which is great for lighter item storage. It has a  large 8' by 4' entry door with lock and nice 4' wide ramp. You could not drive a car into for the door is only 4'wid but ATV's or jet skies and snow mobiles would go in nicely.

The 2 shipping containers on each side of this building are the same with double doors and these containers measure 20' long by 8' wide by 8' tall.

I need to get $1200 for this entire space with a $1200 depoist and require  a one year lease, or I will just keep it for my own storage. You can move in 2 weeks from signing a lease. My wife and I bought a house a 3 months ago and we lived in this motor home while we did improvements to the house. Now we will rent our very clean motor home in the back yard of the property located at 31 S. Kalamath to ONE person ONLY. Very comfortable and clean for a 1980 Monaco. Has queen sleeping area above the front driver and passenger seats( these seats also rotate into your living space for additional seating space) The deck over sleeping area also doubles for a great storage area because it is huge and laddar to get up into it if you choise to sleep up thers. Has fold out double bed that is also a Sofa which is very comfortable for sleeping or seating. Propane stove that works great and microwave. For the rest room and shower you will have to go inside the back of the house so that we don't have to move the camper to dump the water. Nice kitchen area and tons of storage cabinets all throughout the camper. Two captain's chairs that swivel and recline back and dinning room table that extends out with nice leaf. Nice sized closet in bathroom of RV for hanging clothing. I require a $450 deposit and $450 upon move in- I will pro-rate the rent if you move in other than the first of the month. I will also allow pets with an additional $300 deposit per animal. We have a completely fenced area for dogs. Lease is Month to Month. First months rent and security deposits and pet deposits must be paid in FULL up front before move in-No payment plans plans PLEASE!!! Besides the crazy pattern on the interior this is a very clean camper and comfortable for one person. I will not allow it to leave the property on trips I will ONLY rent to one person for this RV no couples or kids. Heat will be by electric heaters( so will not have to move the RV to get propane) and the AC works GREAT. I have two 20' storage container's on the property also available for rent for $200 each if you have alot of items that you would like to store. I also will rent the entire yard space which will hold 15-20 cars and 5 outback buildings for an additional $1200 month on top of the RV $450 rent if you so care to have that option as well.

This is available for immediate move in once rent and deposits are paid. Off street parking is available for one vehicle ONLY.

The only draw back to the property is that it is close to the railroad track and the train whistles sound quite a few times per day

The second container is on top of this one so that you don't loss ground space for parking cars,trucks or trailers this shipping container is 8' by 8' by 8' and both containers have double locking doors very extra added security. You would just use a laddar to access the top container. The yard has 24 access and is in a cul-du-sac so no one knows were it is. There is electrical power to this area but no water. I also have 3 additional parking spaces at this lot for an addtional $50 per space. I aslo have additional smaller yard just a few feet for this bigger yard which rent for $150 per month. THe smaller yard has a locking gate and barbwire fence and tall plate racking which would be great for storing long metal and lumber. This plate racking is 8' tall and 10' tall and 4' wide. This second space is much bigger yard space(would hold 15-20 cars) and this 2nd deal would be $1200 per month for all of it-near Sante FE and Alemeda very close to I-25.
