American Family Communities is a real estate investment company providing affordable housing for our residents across the central and western U.S.
We are looking for a “rock star” Office Manager. This position will begin on-site in Castle Rock, CO but will transition to a 70% remote / work from home position after 90 days. Must have high speed internet access, newer model computer, dedicated phone line and separate room/office for remote position. This is a part-time (25 hours/week) position but could become full-time within 6 months. Must be available during business hours (9am - 5pm) Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:
Work directly with President of company
Manage communication processes between communities and corporate staff
Handle electronic documentation and organization of files
Handle variety of general office and administrative responsibilities
Handle A/P
Participate in completion of monthly reporting requirements for each property
Work on property related tasks
Participate in weekly huddle calls (via phone)
Handle due diligence tasks on $1 million+ real estate acquisitions
Work on special projects
Various data entry
Basic bookkeeping/reconciliation tasks
Requirements/Skills:
Solid computer skills/aptitude (Minimum of 2 years experience with Excel, Word, Web-based applications, email, internet)
Strong phone skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
2 years Executive/Administrative, Office Manager experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills
Credit and Background check required
