Seeking Creative & Dedicated Drummer (Denver)

Hi,
For starters, you can check out tallmanwithguitar.com to listen to some samples and to get a feel for what I am about lyrically.
I am a singer/songwriter/guitarist that moved to Denver about 3 years
ago. Since I have been in Denver I have been playing out fairly regularly both solo and as part of a trio. The responses to my music have been really good, but up until now I have not been in the position to put in the time and effort that is necessary to cross the line to really do what is necessary to make steps towards making a living doing it, which is my goal. I have switched to working part-time at my day job to be able to practice and play out more, as well as do all the necessary
business stuff that never seems to get done while I am working full-time.
I have just started working with a really talented bassist and have a drummer that I have been playing with for the last 3 years that can fill in until I find someone to commit long term.
You need to be dedicated to the craft of playing your instrument as well as be willing to invest the time, money, and effort into the business of marketing, promoting, booking, ect. I have no delusions of being a rock star, but I believe it is possible to make a decent living doing what I love if I can find the right people and put in the necessary work. I believe I know how it can be done, but I am not interested in doing all the work on my own.
I am looking for a high level of playing ability as well as a pretty
broad range of flexibility within different genres of music. I am no virtuoso myself, but I am also not a hack and I put in the necessary work to try and always bring an A game to performances.
