This is a small trap kit, perfect for junior, or for someone playing with acoustic players. 20" kick drum, with standard sized toms, low-profile. It can be adjusted to fit an 8 year old, or a grown man. Includes matching snare and complete set of nylon mesh practice heads (not mounted currently) and rubber snare muffler, perfect for practicing in your apartment or while your wife is sleeping. Shells currently have complete set of heads mounted on them.
Picture shows the kit set up, it does not include any stands or pedals, just the shell pack and hardware to set it up.

This is not a toy kit, and it's much nicer than the clapped-out $100 drumsets you see on CL these days. No stickers, no gouges out of the finish, never gigged.

Epiphone Limited Edition Custom Shop 1966 G-400 Electric Guitar
"School of Rock" Edition

This guitar was purchased in the fall to 2007 and is a gem. The finish is far superior to the standard G-400's and rivals that of the real Gibsons. It features a full pickguard and chrome tuners as compared to the standard G-400's.

Look at the reviews out there. Everyone raves about this guitar. This particular guitar has been upgraded with Gibson 498T pickups and a Graph Tech Nut. The tone is comparable to a Gibson SG Standard.

Double-cutaway solid mahogany body
Slim-taper set mahogany neck
Rosewood fretboard
22 frets
Genuine Gibson 498T pickups in the Bridge and Neck
2 volume, 2 tone controls
3-way pickup selector
Grover tuners
24.75" scale
1.68" nut width
Graph Tech Nut
Chrome hardware

This guitar comes with the SG style Epiphone hard shell case, owners manual, warranty card, cable, and truss rod tool.

The guitar is in excellent shape. The pick guard has some minor swirling that you would expect from a short duration of use.

The list price on this package is $933. All of this would cost $690 if purchased from Musician's Friend (if the guitar wasn't on backorder). You get it all for $390.

Home-built replica of the famous 5e3 circuit tweed deluxe from a Weber kit. This is not a Blues Deluxe, or Blues Jr. or any of that other Fender PCB stuff. It's hand wired and it looks like the real thing but without the $1300 price tag. This is a raunchy blues tone machine. It goes from growly, to sputtery Neil Young style fuzz. If you're looking for clean tone, look elsewhere. Real clean and recently tuned up with new JJ tubes and a Jensen P12Q speaker. Took it to Bruce at Mission amps and got his seal of approval (figuratively, that is). You can hear samples of my Jazzmaster through it at www.myspace.com/thekidwhohadhbo. Give me a call if you'd like to come check it out because I don't get to my email that often. Thanks.

VHT Pittbull Hundred/cl (denver/ steamboat springs) $1000

VHT Pittbull Hundred/CL

Model number G-100-CL

Serial # AH020181 (I'm guessing it was made in 2002)

2 channels with separate treble, middle, and bass EQ knobs, normal/high gain selectors, boost, edge, and shift buttons.

6 band EQ boost

Effects loop w/ effects mix, presense, and depth knobs

4 button foot switch(channel, boost, effects, EQ, and EQ selector switch.)

EL-34 power tubes( less than a year old)

100 or 50 watt selection switch

A/B or Dual class power amp mode

1/4 in line out

This head is loud and badass. Perfect for metal and hardcore, but can hold its own on the clean channel as well.

This particular head has been on the road for several years. The tolex is in great shape, there are a few scratches on the corner protectors but hey thats what they're for right.

There are a few things broken/missing .
The knobs are missing off 5 of the 6 EQ adjustments switches but you can still use them.
The impedance switch is broken and has been hard wired to 8 ohms. I usually ran the head stereo 8ohms into my Marshall JCM 900 LEAD cabinet. But I have also run it through a mesa boogie cabinet at 16ohms before and everything was fine.
On the footswitch the indicator light for the channel selection is blown out but the switch still works. It never really caused any confusion or headache for me.

All in all this is a super durable, reliable amplifier that has never broken down on me in about five years of playing out and touring. I'm only selling it because I'm going back to school and don't have room, and don't need an amp this big anymore.

The PC88 is a self-contained portable keyboard that features quick and intuitive access to 64 (and optionally more) internal sounds derived from Kurzweil’s renowned ROM samples. It canproduce up to 32-note polyphony in full stereo, and lets you layer as many as 4 sounds at once. Built-in reverb and chorus are also provided, and there’s a sophisticated on-board arpeggiator for composing, performing, or just fooling around. Thirty-two versatile MIDI Setups are provided to let you start making great music immediately.You can also use these Setups as templates, or create new Setups from the Internal Voices. Furthermore, the PC88 is a high-quality MIDI keyboard controller, with 88-key weighted action, adjustable velocity and pressure (aftertouch) curves, two programmable on-boardwheels, four sliders, three buttons, and jacks for two footswitches and four continuous control pedals. Data on four independent MIDI channels can be sent simultaneously, using four different “zones”, each of which has its own key range — which can overlap with any others —and its own controller definitions, as well as the ability to be muted or soloed instantly. Other features allow merging and remapping of incoming MIDI data (listening on all 16 channels), and the ability to go instantaneously from one complex setup to another. Finally, the PC88 is a versatile multitimbral instrument that can be used to complement any MIDI setup. With the optional plug-in VGM (Voice/GM expansion) board, the PC88 becomes a top-of-the-line General MIDI instrument, for use in education, multimedia production, games, and other exciting applications. In addition to expanding the PC88’s complement ofsounds to match the General MIDI spec, the VGM board adds 12 sets of drum and percussion sounds, and doubles the PC88’s maximum polyphony to 64 notes.
Auto rhythms, Upper Presets with Ensemble, Vibrato Delay & Depth, Pedal Sustain, Reverb, Glide...and much more. I inherited it from a friend who recently passed away, but I have no place to put it so I’m afraid I have to sell it. It has a nice roll desk cover and is quite a handsome unit.

Great Shape, it's truely a Beautiful intrument. The Sound is amazing, nothing tinny, very round and full. Plus the harder and louder you play it the sound just gets better. I am a musician, but my endevors are voice focused. I bought it and really only played it for a year. I took good care of it and stored it well. I came to the conclusion that it was a shame that it didn't get played like it should, so I'm selling it. I just re-strung it with Martin SR lights and am including a BOSS TU-12 Cromatic tuner with case and a Hard Guild Caring case. Its a Great value and I hope that it will finally get played the way it should. Please feel free to call or email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I will have pics available upon request. Cheers!

KATANA Clean Boost (Keeley Electronics) (Denver Tech Center) $125

I'm selling my Keeley Katana Clean Boost guitar effects pedal. Purchased it 6 months ago @ Music Gear Guys for $199.

I simply don't need it because I have to downgrade my rig... I've kept it in a basement and hardly used the thing.

This thing is, hands down, the best boost pedal on the market right now, mostly because it has so much power.

Here's the description from Keeley's website:

Description
As far as guitar clean boosts go, the Katana is KING TONE. It's the pedal to have for the finishing touch on your tone. Want a mirror image of your tone, only louder? This is it. The Katana is also a fat, harmonically rich boost, just pull out on the volume knob and stretch your imagination with overdriven tone! You can keep it on all the time to push your amp harder, or as an occasional boost to cut through the mix.

~~~~~
Obsessed or Compelled with the Fattest, Fullest Drive?!?!? Well, Before other people started using Blue LEDs and non-diode clipping stages, there was the TMB and Katana.... Cascading FET stages do the tube-amp-thing like nothing else!
~~~~

Two modes, Pure Clean and High Gain

* With the speedo knob Pushed In, think of it as a volume control that goes to 20.

** With the speedo knob Pulled Out, it's a cutting boost with a bit of gain. Not quite an overdrive, just overdriven tube grit and edge to your tone.

Katana Boost - Pure FET TONE, Large Supply Voltage, Very tube-like yet punchy and studio flat in frequency response.

~~~~
WHERE TO USE THE KATANA BOOST?!?!
The Katana Boost can be used as the first effect in your chain or last effect, and anywhere in between...it depends on what you want to do. If you want to push your distortion pedal (for more distortion) or other pedals harder (great for many chorus and other time-based modulation effects), then use the Katana right before those effects. If you want to have the same sound only louder or with some tube amp break-up, then use it as the last effect in your setup.
~~~~

Here's a great review I got this morning-> the Katana is absolutely the best stomp box i've ever used, hands down. i'll be using it on the whole paul westerberg tour (dates are up at

www.kevinbowe.com) including on the late late show with craig ferguson at an LA taping on feb. 23.

I LOVE THIS THING!

thank you so much.

This beast has amazing stage presence! The full meaty sound blew away my guitarist, Very well rounded and warm sounding, Plenty of mids and the treble pick up is almost as punchy as my rickenbacker! 22 frets, set neck, Passive electronics, 2 covered humbucker pickups (Also great for slap bass) lovely glossy finish, gold hardware, The Korina wood makes it about 1/2 the weight of a standard size bass. The neck has a gorgeous feel to it that personally makes me want to play for hours and not put the thing down! It has a usefull toggle switch to switch between bass and treble pickups. I am including a epiphone hardshell case.

1973 Gibson EB-0 (Westminster/Arvada) $900

This is the best playing EB-0 I've ever played. Low action and just feels "right". Even comes with the original hardshell case.

What's amazing is that the frets have almost no wear. They don't appear to have been replaced to my amature eye, but it's possible. In any case, they are level with no buzz (and low action). Neck is very flat and straight (almost zero relief). I think that a luthier may have installed larger side marker dots, but the job was done well and they are a beautiful pearl. They appear to be larger than the stock ones (to see better while gigging in dark environments???).

As you can see, the rest of the bass has some cosmetic wear and lots of finish checking (which is normal). Some noteworthy wear items. Checking of finish, two tuner screws replaced (tuners work fine), numerous dings here and there, some small holes on the back of the body from where somebody tried to drill new pickup holes in the cavity, holes in horn where somebody tried to install a strap button on the horn, new (larger) fret side markers, DiMarzio replacememt humbucker (a major improvement over the stock "muddbucker"), pickup surround has been enlarged and cut to accept the pickup, finish wear on the back of the neck (but neck is smooth and fast)...

So she is not some museum piece or "closet queen". Most of these sell for $1200 - $2500 on E Bay and other sites (a lot of those WITHOUT the original case!). What she is , is an AMAZING player with KILLER tone! Because of the cosmetic condition, I'm going to let her go for just $900 Yep, you heard that right.

This is a GREAT player with TONS of mojo. Heck, the case alone is prob worth $200 - $300 (all hinges and latches in tact and fully functional !).

Hello

I've got a really nice pair of Avedis Zildjian Hi Hat Cymbals that I'm looking to Trade. They are in very good condition. No keyholes, no cracks, no dents or anything.

They are 14" in diameter. The cymbals are really lightweight with dark tones. These are great cymbals; I'm just looking for something a little different.

I'm looking for some modern Zildjian New Beat hi hats. 14" preferred, but I'll consider other sizes as well. If you have some other model or brand you would like to trade, let me know. I'll entertain other offers as well.

I'm not looking for anything entry level Like Zildjian ZBT's or Sabian B8's. Check out the pictures and give me a call or send an email. Thanks.

So, just to skip through the whole "holy crap a hundred bucks is alot for a used booster..." thing, these are 220.00 new from austone. It's a handmade boost with controls for pre and post. I swear that this actually ADDS air and articulation as well as massive amounts of volume. Never really heard anything like it. When you engage it it's like a blanket comes off of your amp. If you set the pre gain knob high it'll add a very pleasing sizzle to your signal as well. I've used it with wonderful results in conjuction with my overdrives but something has to go, and I suppose this pedal is a luxury that I just can't currently afford. Feel free to call anytime as it's kind of an emergency that this pedals goes soon. The price is firm, you're welcome to come try it out on a great amp and strat, and yes, I'll deliver. Rock on guys.

I hate to part ways with my MPC but it has come time. Blue 2000XL here upgraded to 32MB memory for more sampling time. I also have an external SCSI CD drive for loading up samples from CDs and will throw in a hard travel case as well. Used in a smoke free environment and shows no signs of wear and tear.

If they sell before the amp (which I reeeeaally enjoy playing on), I'll keep it and use the money to put a less expensive set of speakers in there. These are 8 ohm, 50 watt alnico speakers and new the set is 400.00. They're definitely worth it, and they definitely knock the crap out of any celestion, eminence, or tone tubby speakers I've ever used. Very clear and airy high end, smooth compression at high volumes, and if you really really lay into them there's a nice organic cone break up, but if you're ever that loud you might want to warn people in the crowd about the danger to their faces. These are available seperately and I'd also entertain trades plus cash. Thanks again guys.

Hey guys how's it going? For sale today is the best sounding amp I've ever played. I play for a living...hence the hasty amp sale. Anyhow, I've just had Bruce from Mission Amps give it a once over and it should be solid for years to come. Here are the specs.

80-90 watts
normal volume, bright volume, 4 inputs, treb, mid, bass, presence
2x12" weber 12a150 speakers. (400.00 set of speakers. Bruce commented on how good they sound, too.)
Hand made pine cab
F.Y.I. - Fender's selling their low powered twin for 2400.00, which is ridiculous of course.
That's it. No bells and whistles, just the most open, liquid, punchy, and articulate clean sound I've ever had. That's coming from someone who's played a slew of old fenders, heritage, bad cat, budda, bogner, supro, old marshalls, sewells, goodsell, matchless...this is a long list so I won't keep going. I went through a phase. Anyhow, here's my myspace. When the page opens you'll hear clips of the amp on the starting track. If you click on the videos link you can actually see me using the amp. They're short video clips so you won't have to spend time waiting for them to load. Rock on guys.

Hot,Beautiful,rare stratocaster
Limited edition Fender Guitar, Not in stores since 2005. Difficult to find. Offering it for a GREAT deal.
Guitar in GREAT condition. NO scratches, NO defects.
YOU ARE BIDDING ON A:
Limited Edition Tom Delonge Fender Stratocaster
This Amazing Guitar has a great sound featuring a Duncan Invader Pickup. These Guitars are getting hard to find (especially in black)
size="3"
In working with Fender's Custom Shop on his personal guitars, Tom came up with a very basic, classic design that would provide him with the growling tone and sustain needed for a band like Blink 182, yet with a twist. The result was a stripped-down Stratocaster with a single Seymour-Duncan Invader humbucking pickup in the bridge position and only one control knob: Volume!
Call Dave @ 7220-299-1112 to demo.
