First and foremost, the candidate we are seeking has very specific prerequisites.   If you are unable to confirm or commit to what is listed below, this position is not for you: <br>
1.       You have to be able to pass the T-SAT test, or take any of our tax classes on your own time. (We will pay for your books, but not for the time that you need to acquire the tax knowledge).<br>
2.       You must have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.   You must be willing to verify your credentials.<br>
3.       You must have sales experience in a customer care environment, and be able to sell ideas to individuals, as well as business to business.<br>
4.       You must be able to report in writing, on a daily and weekly basis, to the Director of Operations.<br>
5.       You must be able to work 55-60 hours a week during our peak, but only 14-20 hours a week during our off season (the summer).<br>
6.       Uphold ethical standards and be a true wing man/woman to the Director of Operations.<br>
 <br>
You will be responsible for ensuring that the marketing is planned and executed accordingly in our 25 retail offices in Denver and Pueblo (back and forth travel to Pueblo weekly, is a requirement).  You will also lead, inspire, direct, and be responsible for 12-15 customer care representatives in our call center.  Your positive perspective, ability to organize, and desire to collaborate are key to ensuring that our departments operate smoothly and with success.    <br>

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Communications Manager with the knowledge and relationship skills to provide the interface between the Club and the membership.  The primary responsibilities include gathering information, graphic elements and photos for, as well as writing, editing, designing and laying out the newsletter, the weekly email blasts, the website, and networking sites.  It also includes creating promotional ads and marketing, dining and event materials, and other writing, editing and design work as needed.  <br>

You will have the opportunity to directly impact Red Rocks Country Club's success by enhancing the experience of members at the Club and to assist the Club in its efforts to attract new members.  This opportunity requires the ability to conceive, propose and assist the General Manager with various campaigns and communications projects.<br>

Qualified candidates should possess the following:<br>

*  Experience in taking, editing and laying out photographs for print and electronic publications, as well as experience in using social media platforms for internal communications programs is strongly preferred.  <br>

While the position is designed primarily to develop and lead internal communications between the Club and its members, the Communications Manager also may work with the General Manager, Membership Director and other staff and Board of Directors members as assigned to assist with external marketing projects.<br>

•	Assist in driving GSS communications vision, scope and objectives<br>

•	Maintain inventory of all GSS collateral materials and external web pages (including partner support collateral, datasheets, support guides), modify for effectiveness and adherence to branding guidelines<br>
•	Work with Marketing to develop printed collateral (datasheets, support guides, etc.)<br>
•	Work with Localization teams to ensure external websites, printed collateral and pdfs files accurately reflect the correct messaging for support offerings and or policies.<br>

I am residential real estate broker.  My assistant of more than five years is about to take a few months of maternity leave and then come back part-time.  Together, we do 50+ transactions each year.  Shockingly, 2009 has been our best year to-date.  We are strongly marketing-driven and I think someone with a marketing background is potentially a stronger candidate than one who has worked in real estate or title services (those parts are easy to learn). Our clients love us because we deliver an extraordinary level of service and we do what we say we are going to do when we say we are going to do it. I am committed to keep that up while my assistant is out (which is going to be a tough thing to achieve). <br>

I expect that I will have a 30-40 hour per week job available through mid-January. Then, it may drop-off to 25-30 hours per week but some of my fellow-broker/officemates could probably supplement that to 40 hours per week or more. I do see a very good possibility that this will be a permanent position, but probably not quite full-time. <br>

The pay will be based upon level of experience and what this person is able to offer.  It will be at a minimum of $10 per hour and potentially moderately-more.  There will likely be a bonus component to it in addition to the hourly portion. If the position becomes permanent, it is likely this person’s total income would be in excess of $36,000 annually. There is a bit flexibility with scheduling (i.e., it does not need to be 8-5 M-F, but the majority of the hours will be weekdays during business hours). <br>

Marketing Manager (FSN Rocky Mountain)<br>

This position is responsible for managing the written and verbal communication across multiple promotional platforms, including on-air, online, in-stadium, radio, print advertisements and press materials as well as developing and maintaining the creative of locally produced promotional materials.<br>
<br>
Primary Responsibilities:<br>
•	Write and edit press releases, on-air promotional spots, radio spots, print and online ads, newsletters and in-game/in-show promotional copy <br>
•	Coordinate the design, images and schedule management of all print and on line ad materials, including materials designed by graphic design agencies as well as in-house design<br>
•	Manage the on-air promo placement tactics and recommend changes in overall strategy <br>
•	Work with Production and Traffic Departments to monitor airtime and ensure presentations within content are correctly executed<br>
•	Provide regular ratings analyses and reports relative to impact of promotional tactics on all platforms<br>
•	Manage video and promotional content for the network’s regional Web site. Coordinate the scheduling of video posts, and work with other departments in managing promotional contests and online interactive features.<br>
•	Plan and oversee the execution of special client and network events in partnership with the department director<br>
•	Support the department director to ensure all contractually guaranteed marketing elements are executed and support internal and external client expectations <br>
•	Assist in creating unique promotional opportunities to enhance client development efforts including execution oversight for all client-driven contests and sweepstakes, including interfacing with the corporate legal department on rules and regulations<br>
•	Manage communication strategy and delivery to drive viewership including email blasts, social networking, and website management<br>
•	Work directly with radio partners and other media partners on contract fulfillment, interviews, etc.<br>
•	Seek, manage and oversee talent appearances to promote network<br>
•	Supervises the department intern<br>

Required skills & abilities: <br>
•	Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Sports Management or equivalent<br>
•	5 years of work experience in marketing, public relations, promotions or similar<br>
•	At least 3 years of full-time work experience for a sports team, online entity or cable programmer<br>
•	Passionate knowledge of regional sports teams both pro and collegiate<br>
•	Strong business acumen, along with excellent project management, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills<br>
•	Demonstrated experience in writing for multiple platforms including idea conception, writing and proofreading <br>
•	Prior experience in managing promotional plans<br>
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills <br>
•	Knowledge of PowerPoint and Photoshop applications <br>
•	Ability to work a flexible schedule in support of live events<br>

•  Attend calibration sessions and audit vendors from a quality perspective and provide constructive feedback for process improvements<br>
• Understand all call routing processes and have the ability to investigate any routing questions<br>
•  Provide any back up support needed by the Internet Marketing team to ensure systems, processes and vendors were adhering to approved processes. <br>

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br>
• Attends meetings and prepares additional reports as needed.<br>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<br>
• At least 3-5 years call center experience Inbound and Outbound call center experience<br>

• Works with agency personnel to create client messages and offers via the creative/strategic planning and development process. <br>
• Makes sure work meets client objectives and achieves the agency’s financial objectives. <br>
• Ensures that the work meets the quality standards of the agency. <br>
<br>
• Works with team (Art Directors, client team and others) to develop concepts for direct response fundraising materials. <br>
• Writes copy and/or provides art direction. <br>
<br>
HAS CLIENT CONTACT <br>
• Works with clients to determine what work needs to be done and the direction, objectives and cost parameters of that work. <br>
• Meets with clients to present work in progress or work that is done. Explains and defends the creative approaches taken in that work. <br>
• Works with clients to move their agenda forward and solve problems. <br>
<br>
SUPPORTS SALES:<br>
• In cooperation with the new business team, works with prospects to determine what work needs to be done and the creative direction, objectives and cost parameters of that work. <br>
• Personally works and leads creative personnel in their work on spec creative for new business presentations. <br>
• In cooperation with the new business team, meets with prospects to present work in progress or work that is done. Explains and defends the creative and strategic approaches taken in that work. <br>
<br>
AGENCY AND CLIENT TEAM LEADERSHIP DUTIES: <br>
• Works with team manager and client leaders to assign work. <br>
• Assures that creative work meets client objectives, is done on time, meets deadlines and is done at the right cost. <br>
• Participates with the leadership team in helping set strategic direction for the agency. <br>
