Position Objective

Water Conservation Corpsmembers

- Participate in an intensive, 22-week program that focuses on building technical skills and job readiness in a green job industry.

Qualifications

However, with business exploding, you could be working an average of 15 hours very quickly. Our requirements are simple - you must be 18 years old or older, have your own transportation, have a valid drivers license, proof of car insurance, speak fluent English (we DON'T speak Spanish), and have proof of residency. All documentation will be verified. Experience is preferred - however we can train you to clean - we cannot train you to be nice. Having a background will not necessarily keep you from employment - we have all made mistakes. We can discuss whatever your personal situation may be.

Our compensation is also simple. We start everyone at $8.00 per hour during a working interview. A working interview can last from 1 day to 1 week. We need to make sure you like the job and the job likes you. Cleaning houses (even though you may clean your own house) is not for everyone.

Upon completion of the working interview, you may be offered the job starting at $9.00 per hour. You will work in teams of 2 or 3. Raises will be given based on the number of houses you clean - NOT the length of time employeed. Quarterly bonuses are paid based on the number of complaints, or rather the LACK of complaints you receive from our clients. Annual bonuses are given on your anniversary date as our way of saying "Thank You!"
