Looking for Part Time Child Care (Arvada)

I am looking for a part time day care provider for my 5 month old son. We will need daycare right now on Thursdays and Fridays for about 7 hours (9:30-4:30). We may also need to add Mondays in the future. Must be willing to complete a background check. Please respond with the following information:
1. Your name and contact info
2. How much you charge (the average in this area for part-time is $4.50/hour
3. If you have other kids in the home and their ages
4. If you have references that I may contact (even better if you have a mom with another infant!)
