Our client is a leading provider of print yellow pages and internet-based local search services.
They are looking for a Human Resources Generalist which will act as a resource in assigned areas by providing advice, assistance, direction in a variety of human resource areas, and project based skills. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting with employee relations, benefits, case law, employment, and compensation. Strong knowledge of federal, muti-state, and local laws and regulations related to human resources and equal employment opportunity.
BS/BA required, PHR, SPHR preferred with 3+ years of experience.
Self directed and motivated.
Ability under minimum direction to research, define, and implement HR based company projects.
