Come to work for one of the largest hospitals in the Denver area. This is an exciting opportunity for an EXPERIENCED compensation analyst to utilize their creativity, organization and attention to detail attributes.
The duties and responsibilities for the compensation analyst consist of conducting job analyses related to the market, equity, department reorganizations and exemption testing. This individual will work with a team of three individuals maintaining all job descriptions, report writing and communication for a large, non profit organization.
This position will complete market surveys, assist with the HTML website updates, perform a variety of compensation cost and trend analyses, as well as, develop all correspondence and form letters to the faculty and staff members.
This individual will also chair the weekly committee meetings and maintain knowledge of ongoing compensation trends and practices. Will ensure the policies are in compliance with laws and regulations, wage & hour , FLSA, and EEO guidelines.
Skills/ Requirements
* 1 year direct compensation experience required
* 3 or more related Human Resources or Accounting experience
*Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Accounting or related field
*Excellent MSOFFICE computer skills
*Knowlege of Federal & State laws relating to Human Resources
*Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills are a MUST!!
*Ability to be creative, analytical and interact with a variety of personalities
Important Notes
Must have COMPENSATION EXPERIENCE and ideally some exposure to Accounting
This is a full time, permanent position that is 8-5, Monday - Friday. This is a Central Denver location.
